Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training team members, managing sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators related to both sales and marketing activities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer engagement and promote the PAYG LPG model to drive clean energy adoption.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to guide and support teams in achieving their sales goals.
  • Time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build collaborative relationships.
  • Familiarity with East Africa’s energy market or experience in the energy sector is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
