We’re expanding our premium drinks team in Nairobi! Join us as a TDR General Trade and grow our presence across the city’s top retail and hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth
- Acquire new premium accounts (wine shops, high-end bars, hotels) across Nairobi
- Drive volume and market share for our luxury spirits and wine portfolio
- Outperform competitors in key Nairobi zones
Account Management
- Build strong trade partnerships with premium retailers and distributors
- Conduct product trainings
- Resolve customer issues with premium service standards
Brand Execution
- Perfect in-store branding and product displays
- Implement strategic promotions in high-potential locations
- Report on market trends and campaign effectiveness
Territory Excellence
- Optimize daily routes to maximize Nairobi coverage
- Systematically expand distribution through new accounts
- Maintain meticulous sales records
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets
- Expanding distribution by onboarding 10-15 new premium accounts monthly
- Maintaining 95%+ perfect store execution in key accounts
- Developing strong trade relationships (90%+ account retention rate)
- Providing actionable market intelligence through regular reports
Who We Want:
- 2+ years in FMCG/alcohol sales (premium segment preferred)
- Existing Nairobi trade network is advantageous
- Driver’s license and Nairobi navigation skills
- Passion for premium beverages with strong product knowledge
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or equivalent
