Sales Growth

  • Acquire new premium accounts (wine shops, high-end bars, hotels) across Nairobi
  • Drive volume and market share for our luxury spirits and wine portfolio
  • Outperform competitors in key Nairobi zones

Account Management

  • Build strong trade partnerships with premium retailers and distributors
  • Conduct product trainings
  • Resolve customer issues with premium service standards

Brand Execution

  • Perfect in-store branding and product displays
  • Implement strategic promotions in high-potential locations
  • Report on market trends and campaign effectiveness

Territory Excellence

  • Optimize daily routes to maximize Nairobi coverage
  • Systematically expand distribution through new accounts
  • Maintain meticulous sales records
  • Consistently achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Expanding distribution by onboarding 10-15 new premium accounts monthly
  • Maintaining 95%+ perfect store execution in key accounts
  • Developing strong trade relationships (90%+ account retention rate)
  • Providing actionable market intelligence through regular reports
  • 2+ years in FMCG/alcohol sales (premium segment preferred)
  • Existing Nairobi trade network is advantageous
  • Driver’s license and Nairobi navigation skills
  • Passion for premium beverages with strong product knowledge
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or equivalent
