Role Overview
Seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to drive growth in real estate and construction. Role blends strategic marketing and direct sales, emphasizing lead generation, customer engagement, and brand development for Shemu Properties and WEB Housing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Both Divisions):
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Manage digital platforms (social media, email, property/construction portals)
- Create engaging content, promotions, and campaign materials
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Track and optimize marketing performance metrics
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Support industry expos and client outreach events
Sales – Shemu Properties:
- Promote and sell residential units to homebuyers and investors
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Liaise with technical teams for accurate property information
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
Sales – WEB Housing:
- Generate leads and close sales for pre-stressed and prefabricated materials
- Educate clients on product benefits through presentations and demos
- Coordinate with production/logistics for timely delivery
- Prepare quotations, forecasts, and custom proposals
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate or construction sales/marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and skilled in content development and branding
- Excellent communication in English; bilingual is an asset
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
