Located within the BINAA Building, home to top-tier interior, construction, and lifestyle brands, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both our sales and marketing functions.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing the sales team, and leading all marketing initiatives across the BINAA Showroom and the wider BINAA Building ecosystem. The Sales & Marketing Manager will supervise sales personnel and the marketing executive, ensuring alignment between brand positioning and commercial performance.

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, ensuring clear targets, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Set sales targets, monitor pipelines, and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual goals.
  • Oversee customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
  • Manage key client relationships, partnerships, and high-value accounts.
  • Supervise and guide the Marketing Executive on brand strategy, campaigns, and content direction.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Oversee digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Plan and oversee showroom events, activations, and strategic collaborations.
  • Manage budgets across sales and marketing functions, ensuring efficiency and impact.
  • Prepare regular performance reports covering sales metrics, marketing KPIs, and overall business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
  • High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within interiors, construction, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting.
