Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp,) or CRM systems is a plus
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools are an advantage
• Comfortable participating in offline marketing activities such as distributing flyers, assisting with activations, and setting up booths or stands
• Experience supporting hotel promotions, events, or exhibitions is a plus
