Location: Mombasa

Solidad Hotel, a new hotel opening in Mombasa, is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel agents.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel services.
• Organize and promote events, conferences, and special offers.
• Manage the hotel’s social media presence and engage with followers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Work with other departments to enhance guest experience and service offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
• Strong networking skills and ability to drive revenue through corporate and individual bookings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
