The Role:

  • You won’t just be selling; you’ll be building relationships. Your goal is to identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and ensure our building materials are the first choice for every major project in the region.

  • Market Mastery: Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors and hardware retailers.
  • Product Expertise: Showcase our range of building materials and specialized accessories.
  • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience specifically in construction materials, hardware goods, or building accessories.
  • Solid understanding of the building and construction market.
  • An existing awareness of local market trends and industry contacts.
  • Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and meet clients face to face.
