  • Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, creating and maintaining sales and marketing assets, including demos, presentations, and visual materials used in customer engagements.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape
  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions to effectively support demos and presentations.
  • Assist in the sales process by preparing presentation decks, demo environments, and supporting materials, as well as coordinating meetings when needed.
  • Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships
  • Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Provide basic product information and assist in responding to initial customer inquiries, primarily through prepared marketing and demo content.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales support activities and materials within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
  • Work closely with sales to support team revenue goals through high-quality design and presentation support.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve demos, presentations, and materials based on market trends, customer feedback, and the event technology landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, design, technology, and customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support clear and compelling presentations.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-support and design-focused role.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in presentation and demo preparation.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with common business and presentation software applications.
  • Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
