Join us as Sales Manager and take ownership of building sustainable revenue through proactive direct sales and strong market presence. You will represent the hotel in the market, create demand, convert opportunities, and grow long-term partnerships—always protecting rate integrity and the brand’s value.

Tasks

• Drive direct sales across B2B leisure travel, MICE, and corporate/airline crew segments by generating leads, converting opportunities, managing key accounts, and protecting rate integrity.
• Maintain a strong market presence, build a forward sales pipeline, coordinate closely with Reservations and Front Office, and keep all leads, tasks, and reporting fully up to date in Odoo/Asana/Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel sales with strong results in at least two segments: B2B leisure (travel trade), MICE, and/or corporate / airline crew.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills with a clear commitment to rate integrity and approved commercial frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect proactively, build a pipeline, and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Confident presenter with experience conducting site inspections and hosting FAM trips.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and professional stakeholder management.
• High level of organisation, follow-through, and collaboration with Reservations and Front Office.
• Strong digital discipline: comfortable working paperless and keeping Odoo, Asana, and Google Workspace fully up to date (including “zero inbox” responsiveness).
• Integrity-led, accountable, and commercially minded with a strong market presence.
