Power Group Technologies is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead business growth in Kenya, focusing on LV Panels, HVAC Systems and Electrical power solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Promote LV Panels, HVAC & related power solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead client engagements from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers
  • Track performance, forecasts, and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Mandatory 5 years’ experience in Power and Energy Sector
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in Electrical solutions (LV panels / HVAC) preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
