The Sales Executive will play a key role in growing the company’s sales volumes for the organization’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate units. This role requires a professional with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Meet with potential clients, present project details, and explain the benefits of the company’s construction and engineering expertise.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support through the sales process.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and address their inquiries about the project and property details.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the documentation process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects.
  • Provide insights to the sales team and management on customer feedback, industry trends, and areas for growth.

Target Achievement and Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including key metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and construction project life cycles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
