Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in the CBD division with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Mwananchi Credit’s financial products. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing client proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer acquisition skills, with experience in meeting sales targets.
- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to maintain and grow client networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presentations and negotiations.
- Analytical and market research skills to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic IT tools.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in financial services or micro-finance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
