About the Role
Our client is a Nairobi-based private aviation charter company delivering helicopter, turboprop, and business jet solutions. They are seeking highly motivated and persuasive Sales Closers to support business growth by converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidates should be confident communicators with strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion strategies.
KPI
- Response time – Every inbound lead engaged within 300 seconds (5 minutes). No exceptions regardless of shift hour.
- Quote turnaround – Full written quote delivered to the client within 30 minutes of first contact.
- Outbound calls – Minimum 20 outbound calls per shift to verified qualified prospects.
- Conversion rate – Minimum 15% lead-to-booking conversion on qualified inbound enquiries.
- Activity logging – Every client interaction logged in the CRM within 30 minutes. No log = no commission.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-ticket sales with verifiable references
- Proven track record closing large-value transactions
- Polished professional communication in English at executive level
- Comfortable with strict KPI accountability and daily activity logging
- Fully self-managed
- independently driven with no supervision required during shift
- Must own a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
