This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Relationship Officer in credit. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients to ensure financial solutions meet their needs, assessing loan applications, and maintaining client portfolios. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, promoting loan products, facilitating loan processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve targets is also a key aspect of the role.
Responsibilities
- Promote sales
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct assessment and prepare proposal.
- Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
- Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in business or related field
- Experience in a credit company, specifically in logbook loans
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in credit risk management and financial analysis
