Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining active and archival records.
- Ensuring proper classification, indexing and filing of documents.
- Implementing records management policies, standards and procedures.
- Coordinating retrieval, movement and tracking of files.
- Maintaining the registry inventory and security of records.
- Preparing reports on records management activities.
- Updating file index
- Updating and maintaining up-to-date file movement records
- Any other duties assigned.

Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Information Science, Library Science, or related field from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years experience in records/registry operations.
- Knowledge of electronic records management systems.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
