Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Marketer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to promote properties, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and managing online and offline marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams, organizing promotional events, engaging with clients, and analyzing marketing performance to enhance ROI.

• Salary: KES 30,000 – 35,000 + Commission
• Experience: 2–3 years in real estate marketing
• Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or Communication

Requirement:

• Proven leadership and performance in property marketing
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• High level of professionalism and self-discipline
• Position based in Nairobi
