Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of quality assurance policies and audits.
  • Monitor teaching standards and student outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with national education standards.
  • Coordinate staff training and support accreditation processes.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Education, Public Administration, Governance or related field. (PhD is an added advantage)
  • At least 10 years experience in quality assurance, educational governance, academic auditing or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan education regulations (MOE, KNEC, and KICD frameworks.)
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communication.
