Quality Management System Oversight

  • Oversee Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with KEBS, industry standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures.
  • Facilitate external audits by regulatory bodies or customers.

Process Improvement and Optimization

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the production cycle.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations.

Product Inspection and Testing

  • Implement inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate and address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

Awareness Programs:

  • Awareness of quality issues to production staff.
  • Monitoring of processes to align with updated procedures and standards.

Quality Metrics Monitoring:

  • Regular updates of the quality metrics to Head of Production.
  • Analysis and interpretation of trends and variances in quality data.
  • Action plans to address any declining performance in quality metrics.
  • Documentation of successful quality initiatives and their impact on the business.

  • Quality Management Expertise: Proficiency in Six Sigma, TQM principles, and other quality methodologies.

  • Data Analysis Proficiency: Ability to interpret data to drive process improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Result-Oriented with Relentless Commitment to Customer Success: Demonstrates a focus on achieving outcomes and a dedicated commitment to driving customer satisfaction and success.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quality assurance roles, preferably within textile manufacturing, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
