This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Property Officer. The Property Officer will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep of the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely rent collection, and efficient property maintenance. This role involves monitoring the property’s operational and financial performance, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or related field
• At least 2-3 years work experience in property management
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate principles
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Better understanding of real estate related acts.
• A student member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya is an added advantage.
