Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various property types, including residential and commercial properties. Key tasks include managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, property inspections, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves preparing budgets and financial reports, as well as strategizing to optimize property performance and value.

Qualifications

• Property management, tenant relations, and rent collection experience
• Over five years experience managing both commercial and residential properties in a leadership role
• Skills in coordinating maintenance and repairs, and conducting property inspections
• Budget preparation, financial reporting, and property performance optimization
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with the local market
