Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in UCaaS/CCaaS platform implementations and project management for clients in the contact center industry. This role works directly with internal teams and clients, ensuring proper project execution, documentation, and delivery of all project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Manage deliverables, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Create or adapt project templates with clear visibility into tasks and deadlines.
• Track action items, issues, and key decisions.
• Document UAT processes, go‑live checklists, and operational workflows.
• Register, organize, and maintain all project documentation and data.
• Support the creation of presentations and materials for meetings.
• Analyze operational or financial data based on project needs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risks, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Advanced English (fluent – mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience with contact center operations or platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9 (nice to have).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience using project management tools such as Lucidchart, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar.
• Interest in AI‑driven technologies (plus).
