What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (food industry experience is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable using production management software and reporting tools
