Objective of the Role
This position will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards, optimize production efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years relevant experience in a busy woodworking, joinery, or furniture manufacturing environment, with previous managerial experience preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Wood Technology, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishing techniques
- Strong team management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Quality and productivity-focused
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
