The Principal Officer – Staffing supports staffing operations within the Commission to ensure effective allocation and deployment of teaching personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting teacher recruitment and deployment processes
- Managing staffing records and documentation
- Monitoring teacher establishment and staffing levels across institutions
- Coordinating teacher postings and transfers
- Supporting workforce planning within the teaching service
- Preparing staffing reports and data analysis
- Supporting staffing policy implementation
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders on staffing matters
