Spine Health and Sports Injury Clinic is a physiotherapy facility located in Nairobi upper hill area, At our clinic, we specialize in physical therapy, manual therapy, work-related injuries therapy, back and neck rehabilitation, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, ACL and rotator cuff injury treatment, dizziness and headache management, as well as stroke, head injury, and neuro rehabilitation. Our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality care and helping our patients recover their health and mobility.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Physiotherapist. As a Physiotherapist at Spine Health and Sports Injury Clinic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patients’ conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, performing manual therapy techniques, monitoring progress, and educating patients on self-care techniques. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Proficiency physiotherapy skills
• Experience in manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge and expertise in work-related injuries therapy
• Specialization in back and neck rehabilitation
• Familiarity with pre and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols
• Knowledge of stroke, head injury, and neuro rehabilitation
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas is a plus

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution/college a Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
• A minimum of three years’ professional experience in Physiotherapy with at least 1 year in supervisory position
• Registered and valid license with Physiotherapy Council of Kenya
• Certificate in Basic life support (BLS)
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Should be proactive and be able to manage time effectively.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
