This is a full-time role for a Physiotherapist. As a Physiotherapist at Spine Health and Sports Injury Clinic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patients’ conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, performing manual therapy techniques, monitoring progress, and educating patients on self-care techniques. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Role skills
- Proficiency physiotherapy skills
- Experience in manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge and expertise in work-related injuries therapy
- Specialization in back and neck rehabilitation
- Familiarity with pre and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols
- Knowledge of stroke, head injury, and neuro rehabilitation
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas is a plus
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution/college a Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
- A minimum of three years’ professional experience in Physiotherapy
- Registered and valid license with Physiotherapy Council of Kenya
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Should be proactive and be able to manage time effectively.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
