Pharmacist Job Namo Hospital
Medical Jobs, Namo Hospital Jobs. Responsible for dispensing medicines, reviewing prescriptions, counselling patients on proper medicine use, managing pharmaceutical stock, monitoring medicine storage and expiry dates, maintaining pharmacy records, supporting procurement, and ensuring safe and compliant pharmacy services. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology, registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. The position is based in Lodwar and requires on-site work.
Namo Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Must be registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, dispensing, inventory management and medication safety.
- Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately and provide appropriate patient counselling.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and accountability of medicines.
- Monitor pharmaceutical stock levels and support timely re-ordering.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with applicable regulations.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and other hospital departments to promote safe and effective medication use.
