Position Overview
The Pedagogical Expert will lead the design and delivery of competency-based education and training (CBET) programs, focusing on curriculum development,
instructional design, and capacity building for trainers. This role involves integrating educational technology with technical subjects like computer science to create
engaging, practical learning experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders to accredit curricula and roll out Train-the-Trainer (ToT) initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, Technical Education, or related field Accreditation as a curriculum developer/assessor.
- Recognized Trainer of Trainer (ToT) certification in CBET framework.
- Minimum of 5 years in design and development of instructional materials, including curriculum delivery method plans, assessments, and digital content for multimodal delivery methods.
- Minimum of three years in CBET alignment and implementation, curriculum design, and ICT integration in Education.
