- Support partners and project teams to integrate peacebuilding approaches—such as conflict and context analysis, conflict sensitivity, non-violent communication, multi-stakeholder engagement processes, and communities of practice—into programme strategies, activities, and ways of working.
- Provide technical advice, coaching, and mentoring to partners and project teams to strengthen the practical application of peacebuilding approaches within child protection and related thematic work.

- Provide targeted technical inputs and training for staff in other Cord offices in Asia or Africa, as required, to strengthen internal understanding and application of peacebuilding approaches.

- Contribute to strengthening the technical quality, coherence, and consistency of Cord’s peacebuilding programming across thematic areas, as required.
Safeguarding
- Ensure the safety of Programme participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
