Woodland Star International School seeks a skilled and compassionate One-on-One Support Teacher to provide individualised academic, social, and emotional support for a student with special learning needs. The role involves being the case manager for a student; collaborating closely with classroom teachers, adapting lessons and materials, and implementing inclusive strategies to ensure the student’s meaningful participation in school life. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (minimum) or Bachelor of Education with Certification in Special Needs Education (SNE)
• At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting
• Proven experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and differentiation skills
• Kenyan and international applicants welcome
