Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and collection of documents, mails and any other parcels to clients, suppliers, service providers etc
• Signing for the items upon collection and delivery
• Planning the delivery route and navigating around diversions to ensure timely delivery
• Observing all traffic rules on prescribed routes to ensure safe delivery of documents and goods
• Preparing a report on all collections and deliveries done in a day 6. Maintaining confidentiality and strict commitment to deliver documents and packages without tampering.
• Perform general office or clerical work such as filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, or running errands.
• Provide transport services to authorized staff officials
• Any other duties that may be assigned

What you will need:

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant experience as a Messenger
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage
• Customer Oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Swahili
