We are seeking a competent and visionary Nursing Services Manager to provide overall leadership and supervision of the Nursing Department. The role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership to the entire Nursing Department.
• Oversee nursing staffing, duty allocation, supervision, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Council of Kenya standards and requirements.
• Drive patient experience excellence and timely resolution of clinical concerns.
• Drive patient safety, infection prevention and control (IPC), and quality improvement.
• Lead and coordinate quality improvement, nursing audits, accreditation, and policy and procedures formulation.
• Support training, coaching, and professional development of staff nurses.
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MScN) – Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Valid practicing license and in good professional standing
• Minimum 7 years nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Strong background in hospital operations, staff management, and quality assurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
