ROLE SUMMARY
Tropikal Spaces is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motorcycle Sales Representative
to support growth within the Regulated Trade Channel. The role involves driving product
distribution, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within
assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales activities within the assigned route/territory using a motorcycle
- Drive product availability and visibility across regulated trade outlets
- Identify and onboard new customers to grow market share
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Ensure timely order taking, delivery coordination, and payment collection where applicable
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid motorcycle riding license and experience in route sales
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Good knowledge of the local market and trade dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
