Our client is a a medium-sized motor vehicle dealer selling imported and locally used vehicles
The motor vehicle-sales supervisor will oversee and drive vehicle sales operations for a medium-sized dealership dealing in both imported and locally used motor vehicles. The role requires a results-driven, go-getter professional with strong leadership ability, excellent sales expertise, and solid business networks within the motor industry. Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelors degree in sales & marketing, business administration, automotive management, commerce or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and
• Exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development skills and established client network.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license. Knowledge of motor vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in a busy dealership environment.
• Salary: attractive retainer salary + sales commissions for every unit sold and other company benefits

Main responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Leverage existing business contacts and networks to generate consistent sales leads.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing processes.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for Management.
• Ensure compliance with motor
• Vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya (ntsa processes, kra documentation, duty Requirements, logbook processing, etc).
