Job Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing microbiological quality of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, service medias, production environmental status and proactively advising on correction and corrective action needed to assure food safety to our customer and consumer

Key Responsibilities

• Aseptic sampling and collection of specimens/sample
• Analyze samples including microbial isolation.
• Results interpretation and advice on food safety concerns from results.
• Process follow up for effectiveness of corrective actions recommended through microbial analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have a BSC degree in Microbiology.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a busy FMCG environment preferably dairy processing company.
• Excellent microbiology analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Solution oriented and embracing new technology.
