Job Description:

You’ll create and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns that drive real business results for growing companies in dynamic industries. Working with detailed client briefs, you’ll have creative freedom to develop compelling campaigns across Meta and Google platforms while following proven processes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, covering everything from creative development to performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling copy, creatives, and video scripts for Meta and Google ads
• Potentially handle video editing for campaign content
• Build out campaigns based on client lead generation briefs
• Upload and manage campaign assets across platforms
• Provide weekly reports on ad performance and optimization recommendations
• Conduct keyword research and reporting for Google ads campaigns
• Manage and adjust ad sets for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
• Proficiency in Google Ads campaign creation and management
• Strong copywriting and creative development skills
• Experience with video script writing and potentially video editing
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Experience working with client briefs and translating requirements into campaigns
