About the Opportunity

- As a Medical Officer at Avocent, you will work alongside experienced clinicians and specialists, supported by a fully integrated lab, pharmacy, and digital systems that make care delivery efficient and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and provide evidence-based diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as dermatology, physiotherapy, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics, surgery, orthopedics, and general practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary discussions.
- Promote preventive healthcare and patient education.
- Uphold professional ethics, clinical quality, and Avocent Healthcare’s standards of care.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and patient management skills.
- Committed to continuous professional development and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
