Medical Officer Job
The Mara Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer to join our multidisciplinary team. The Medical Officer at The Mara Specialist Hospital will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
- Participate in outpatient clinics and emergency care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical standards, and MOH guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or equivalent)
- Registered and licensed with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)
- Minimum of 1 year post-internship experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to patient care and continuous professional development
