Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

Brand Management

  • Build and strengthen the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop creative marketing initiatives to differentiate the brand in a competitive FMCG market.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including market research, packaging design, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and sales data.
  • Campaign Execution & Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional media channels.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Track campaign results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and retailers to maximize marketing impact.
  • Support sales teams with marketing tools, promotional materials, and training as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FMCG marketing.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with a proven track record in brand building and product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and brand management.
  • Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive problem solver.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
