Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & WhatsApp.
• Run creative promotions, flash offers, and theme nights.
• Take photos and short videos of products, events, and customer moments.
• Manage and grow social media pages.
• Engage customers online (comments, DMs, feedback).
• Organize in-store tastings, customer engagement campaigns & live events.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve experience.
• Collaborate with store team for marketing execution.
• Submit weekly performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, content creation or marketing (1–2 years preferred).
• Able to shoot and edit photos and short videos using phone or apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Friendly outgoing and confident working with people and on camera.
• Organized and able to work independently across different locations.
