Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and report on sales performance, targets, and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in hospitality fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing (preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or resorts).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
