What you’ll do (and love doing):

• You won’t be stuck in a silo. This is full-stack, high-impact marketing. You’ll:
• Co-create and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive sales — not just vanity metrics.
• Turn data into insights, and insights into performance.
• Shape the creative direction of our campaigns alongside top-tier creative and growth teams.
• Own social, email, paid media, and every touchpoint that matters.
• Run real-time experiments and optimize at the speed of scroll.

Requirements

You’ll thrive if you have:

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments
• Proven track record of building, executing, and scaling campaigns that actually convert
• A performance + creativity mindset — you think in hooks, headlines, and metrics
• Experience across multiple channels (Meta, email, landing pages, influencers — the works)
• A proactive, owner-like mentality. You don’t wait for answers — you test your way there.
