Are you an ambitious, results-driven Marketer with a passion for sales and business growth? Propel Outsourced Business Solutions LTD is looking for a dynamic Marketer to promote our labour outsourcing services — including Staff Management, Stock-taking, and Professional training — to clients and businesses across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Market and promote the company’s outsourcing solutions to businesses in various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on marketing performance.
• Work closely with management to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or service marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong networking skills and a professional demeanor.

Remuneration

• Purely commission-based
• Earn attractive commissions based on businesses closed and revenue generated.
