Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product visibility and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage advertising, promotions, and social media activities to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Organize product exhibitions, field demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align supply with market demand.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and market trends.
- Ensure timely feedback collection from customers and address concerns to strengthen loyalty.
- Explore and develop new distribution channels to expand the farm’s market reach.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture, poultry, or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Knowledge of the agriculture or poultry industry is an added advantage.
