Job Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers is responsible for

• overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and other hotel equipment.
• Ensures compliance with hotel standards for energy conservation, fire safety, and life safety systems.
• Supports the Chief Engineer in managing the engineering team, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely repairs and smooth operation of all facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is preferred.
• Technical certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in a hotel setup.
• Hands-on experience in plumbing systems is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and execution
