Maintenance Operations Excellence Specialist Job

  • Analyze and leverage KPIs to enhance daily operations in alignment with strategic focus areas.
  • Propose actionable improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers to set and monitor targets aligned with the Field Operations Management Model.
  • Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers on maintenance tools and processes to ensure effective adoption.
  • Optimize routes, capacity planning, and maintenance profiles within the Front Line (FL).
  • Identify and gather improvement ideas to support the development of global operational methods.
  • Provide hands-on support for new deployments, driving the adoption, utilization, and continuous improvement of KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools into daily operations.

  • Holds a university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates experience in project management and benefit realization (preferred).
  • Possesses prior experience in business performance management (preferred).
  • Has familiarity with ERP systems or other reporting solutions (preferred).
  • Exhibits strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (highly desirable).
