Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations across guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform preventive checks on electrical fittings, plumbing, appliances and general fixtures.
• Support the housekeeping and operations team with technical maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness of all work areas.
• Report damages, faults and required materials to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repair work.
• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Punctual, reliable and able to follow safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
