Our client dealing in autoparts seeks an experienced Warehouse and distribution manager to oversee their warehouse operation including inbound, outbound, fleet management, distribution, and operation functions. The ideal candidate will implement efficient distribution strategies, manage warehouse operations, optimize stock management, ensure financial control, and lead staff to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Central Distribution Operations including but not limited to Inbound, Outbound (including Fleet and Distribution operations) and Facilities functions.
• Manage in coordination with the Finance and Systems teams all elements of inventory process in the context of the area of responsibility
• Manage staff performance, motivate teams, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Control operational budgets, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer service and achieve KPIs.
• Ensure that all health and safety processes, policies, and procedures are clearly documented and strictly adhered to within the organization.
• Manage health & safety requirements in accordance with laws and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree or a Diploma in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in large format CDC’s with multiple SKU’s, motor industry, Management, Logistics Management.
• Strong background in stock management, operational management, and staff leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
• Ability to execute strategies and deliver financial results aligned with company goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
