About the Role
- Crafted Systems is seeking a LLM & AI Engineer passionate about building intelligent, autonomous systems. You’ll design, prototype and deploy advanced autonomous AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs), integrating them into our products to automate reasoning, decision-making and workflows.
- We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who understands the full stack of AI—from prompt engineering and memory architectures to vector databases, orchestration frameworks and LLMOps.
- Type: Contract
- Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop LLM-powered autonomous agents for real-world enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent reasoning systems.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into existing products and backend systems.
- Experiment with open-source and commercial LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, DeepSeek, Llama e.t.c).
- Deploy tooling for LLMOps, including evaluation, tracing and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI-driven features.
Required Skills & Experience
- LLM deployment & integration – 2+ years
- Machine Learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) – 3+ years
- Python and/or TypeScript – 5+ years
- LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks – 2+ years
- Strong understanding of AI Agent design, memory, tools and planning architectures
- Experience with vector databases (e.g. Qdrant, pgvector)
- Familiarity with LLMOps tools (LangFuse, LangWatch, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Experience building multi-agent systems or self-improving workflows
- Knowledge of prompt optimization, evaluation and tool-use patterns
- Background in enterprise automation, FinTech or data-driven systems
