Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recruitment activities for various roles
- Source, screen, and interview top talent
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate pipelines
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
